Is this Slander/Libel?
A while ago, I called into a BlogTV internet show and I talked with several people. One of which goes by the name of 'dprjones'. We talked for a while, and he asked me if I wanted to donate to some charity event thing that he was hosting or something along those lines.

Can my wife move over seas with my children?
I want to divorce my Wife, but I still want to be able to see my children. I think she may want to move back home which is in Scotland for her. I am Australian and my children were both born here.

Email Harassment
I am currently in the middle of a battle with my husband's ex-wife and her family. As part of the divorce, he owes her a money award, yet every time we try to find out where to send any payments, she avoids us, and by the time we get an answer from her, we can't afford to send anything. She moved to Australia over the summer, and we've been getting a massive runaround since.
