my brother was recetly charged with murder, a crime he denies even being involved in. They arrested him at his girlfriend's home and afterwards, she realized that the warrant that was given to her for his arrest was fake....wrong name and the date was 2005. Also when he was seen by the judge, they did not even have the name of a victim.
