Fired without warning
I was with this major corporation for 18 years and never written up for any reason in those 17 years in fact I was one of the top employees. We had a male employee that was was written up no less than 10 times given warnings and he laughed at them.

First Premier Credit Card 30 day late – will they remove it?
Hey there all, I have a question concerning contacting FP and asking to have a 30 day late removed. I live in NY, and I know that FP was successfully sued to stop their unsavory practices here. I had a one of their cards a few years back which I closed, I had one 30 day late which shows up on my credit report.

Defamation of Character.
Before i start my argument i would like to say that the "store owner" does not like me whatsoever. Also the GM and store manager have a very bad relationship. One more: I am a college student and I told both the GM and store owner, that i will need SAT and SUN off permanently.
