AAoA and Installment Loans
In terms of helping my credit score, I'm not sure what the best course of action is. One thing affecting my score is my AAoA (2.5 years). My question is: Should I be putting more money towards my auto loan because of the interest rate, and because (most of) my student loans are subsidized

Problem with FHA mortgage insurance
Recently I attempted to do an FHA streamlined refi on my home loan. The company doing the refi informed me that the loan couldn't go through because the loan has no FHA mortgage insurance. I verified this with the FHA--the FHA case number listed on my mortgage statement does not exist in the FHA database.

Bank of America Student Checking + Hard Inquiry?
I'm trying to open a fee-free bank account at a nearby location where I can deposit cash and have it sent to another bank electronically (via bill pay or bank transfer) for free.

NCC Business Systems // Trouble for them.
I've been helping my sister with NCC / Bank of America account. NCC called her boss (at his residence) and repeatedly called her at her office.

Fico Monitoring
Does Anyone Know This Answer I Had Fico Monitoring My Credit For 7 Years And My Score Was Good 757 Then I Switched Over To Bank Of America And Didn't Open My report I Just Figured It was The Same That Was In April I Just Opened It And To My Horror They Dropped My Score To 600 And I Have Called ANd They Are no Help What Do I Do, This Is A True Horror Story I Want To Refinance My House What Do I Do I'm Shocked.

Customer Discrimination based on Appearance, Address, or Bank?
I went into a store today, and before grabbing any items or ordering food I asked "Do you accept personal checks?" The worker behind the register told me to hold on one minute and then he would take a look at the check. I thought I would just get a simple yes or no?

Lost & Comfused
Back in Feb 2010 I pulled my credit report and scores: Equifax-532 Transunion-568 Experian-526 I have 8 total medical bills in collections total $ 10,299.00 Last year I had a tax offset that paid my NYS Higher Ed Services that totaled $ 1,811.00 (some of that was paid due to me enrolling in a recovery program one month prior then I found out about the offset that automatically took me out of the recovery program and paid the rest. I have some small items that I have paid .ect book clubs etc as well as some additional that I plan on contacting the 3 additional companies that I have very small debits with ($93.00) My question is about the medical bills. The $ 10,299.00 comes from 8 separate collections the dates range from 2005-2007 Do I have a way to consolidate them all and possibly request a settlement with a payment plan

Laid off and can’t pay mortgage – what’s the outcome?
So - here's the breakdown... We live in CA, and have a home that we bought 7 years ago. Originally, we had it financed with 2 loans -- a first and second both 5 year fixed/then variable - no home equity line of credit.

Bank of America Bill Payer Service…
New email from BofA...(I didn't even know you could use Bank of America cc to pay bills online through their bill payer service! I also object to them saying they can notify me via email for any account changes -- something I never authorized, but apparently they decided they could and would. Same with statements.
