Cancelling Check for Wedding Reception-Services Not Rendered to Contract
I just got married on Saturday, May 7th. We had our reception hall reserved from 6 PM to 1 AM, however we were "kicked out" at 11:30 due to 2 of our guests receiving injuries and the ambulance being called.

Ambulance injustice
I want to take an ambulance driver to court for his wrongful actions .But I cant seem to get his name .I have called the ambulance company and the hospital and they both tell me that they don't give out that information.Its a 6 hour drive to were this all happened and I'm partially disabled so its hard to get any info.Ive thought I could get his name if I could get the ambulance report .So I payed 30 dollars for the report.It seems very strange that in all the spaces were a signature or name should have been ,was blank.I told the ambulance company why I needed the name of one of the drivers and she hung up on me.My question is how can I get the drivers name so I can sue him ? I going after the ambulance company as well.Can I somehow sue the employee without knowing his name

Need help
I slipped and fell due a wet floor while I was incarcerated and was rushed to a hospital were they did an M.R.I and found that I had two bulghing disks in my back.I could hardly walk for the rest of my term which was about 4 months.The neuro Doctor seen me once by way of tele screen and said he wanted to see me in his office in 2weeks and persribed injections for the pain and a back brace.I finally got the brace 3 weeks later but never seen him or ever received the shots for the pain .I was also miss treated by the ambulance EMT who tried to jerk me up onto the stretcher.The two police officers who wittnessed him said they couldn;t beleive what he did and told me they would testify to the way he yanked me around as I screamed in pain.Its still very hard for me to walk.I have all the medical documents and the names of the officers and the ambulance EMT or parimedic.I was totally ignored medical attention and I think it was because I was being released soon so they stalled on everything .And know Im out but the problem with my back is not getting any better.
