What kind of loan can I get as a first time home buyer?
I am looking to purchase a bank owned home and I live in California. I have a credit score of 650 and I make about 40,000 a yr. I am looking to purchase a home but I am not sure what kind of loan is available to me as a first time home buyer. I have heard about alot of loans available but I’m not sure which ones are the most suitable for me. I am also not sure which lender or mortgage company to go with? Any ideas would help!

What are the chances of getting a 2nd mortgage for a trailer near the ocean in a camping ground?
I’ve asked this question before about campers, trailers, permanent sites at a camping ground in South Carolina.
I am doing alot of research here and many of my feedbacks have been negative about any bank or financial institute even considering a 2nd mortgage or loan to purchase one of these so called trailers in a campground.
I also am getting negative feedbacks on the resale value on these structures.
Anyone know, or how to go about looking for a reputable lender in South Carolina? I am in North Carolina and my broker does not know anyone nor does he have any advice for me on this situation. He told me to check in South Carolina.
So, here I am asking you.

slander/defamation of character
I have written a book that is basically about some trouble I got into. I have changed all the names and alot of the circumstances, but a lot of the events actually happened. I have been told that even tho the book is fiction, if anyone recognizes themselves in the book, they can sue me.

my nephew needs help
