Green card= Absence for more than 3 years
Well, I am a green card holder and I kept this for the last 24 years . I am out of the country for a long time- more than 3 years, but I don t want to lose it. I ´ve filled all the IRS reports and payed the taxes.

Fired for Misconduct – Preparing for appeal
I was employed for 15 months with a company operated out of Montana as a teleworking customer service rep. (NOTE: I am in GEORGIA) I received 2 satisfactory 6-month reviews, and when the company downsized the division I was working in November 2009, I received a letter of employment to go to another division

Accuser getting other people involved
a friend's unfortunate situation is being spirraled even more out of control. their accuser is their ex partner who has scared the life out of him for something they did not do all because of a bad ending of a relationship which was her fault (in complete honesty) and her friends added fuel to the fire. he is now being taken to court and the date is approaching fast and he feels that he does not seem to have any defence.
