Is this a breach of contract?
My friend went to a car dealership to purchase a car. The dealership told her everything was okay on the loan and told her to take the car home. They took the money out of her bank for the deposit but then a month later she got a call from the dealership saying that she needed a co-signer.

Changed contract. Can it be enforced?
I am posting this in here even though it has to do with a divorce, but I think the applicable law is contract law.
