Son arrested at College
My son was arrested and held by campus police for allegedly pulling a fire alarm. He was not in the building when the alarm was pulled, he was on a bus going to a campus affair. The bus was pulled over and he was removed from the vehicle and taken to the station house where he was read his rights and questioned for over an hour

Car fire
Hello i recently had an alarm installed in my car and my car caught fire the same night. The fire marshall stated the fire started in the same place where the alarm was installed and the fire torched the inside of my car.

Excessive Deductions from Security Deposit
My husband and I recently received the remainder of our $2000 security deposit ($736.09) with a letter itemizing deductions made to cover the costs of repairs, etc for which we were responsible. While we agree that some of the charges are valid, we take issue with several of the deductions which appear to be overinflated. Take for example the following: $418.00 for a contractor's bill for painting, replacing 2 blown light bulbs and a furnace filter - our landlord specifies in the letter that the painting in question was done in a small hallway bathroom in which over 50% of the walls are tile surround or exposed brick, I think this bill is overinflated given the amount of work actually required to be done.

Alarm Code on Rental House
I am renting a house in Tennessee and it has a security alarm that was installed by the owner. This is a feature that we really liked because (no offense to anyone out there) this house is in Memphis
