assignment of llc membership interests
A few years ago, a partner and I formed a llc and purchased a small retail business. Due to the large portion of intangible assets (70%Goodwill) in the agreed upon price, the seller agreed to finance. To protect his security interest, for collateral, we provided A signed, undated assignment of all membership interests in the llc in conjuction with our resignations as members of llc,also signed and undated.

Paying as agreed in judgment, can I still have wages garnished?
Can we be sued for garnishment of wages if we have been paying our judgment as agreed? The back story on this is long but basically we had a debt that we were being sued.

Pay Status: Paid as Agreed vs. Paid Satis- which is better?
I have requested that one of my creditors change the pay status from Paid Satis to Paid as Agreed because I was told that Paid as Agreed is what it should say when you have done so.
