Can Landlord force me to burn outside entrance light 24/7 at my expense?
I live in an apartment complex that has an outside light at my door. It has always came on at night and off at daylight. This light is on my meter.

My main question: Is it legal for a company to offer and provide specialized training only to certain employees, but not to others who have the same job description and function, which will provide those employees with additional skills that will clearly give them an advantage in securing future positions and/or projects, or obtaining advancement within the company?

Fire Hydrant location relative to property line
Our fence is located 10' from the street and is on our property. There is a fire hydrant that is 9' from the street, and we are being told that our town bylaws require 3' clearance for all hydrants. Are we required to move our fence the additional 2', or can we require the town to move the hydrant?
