I recently added my wife into my american express costco account as an additional card member, Will this itself increase her line of credit by $20000 since my costco american express credit card limit is $20,000?

My brother is loan mod’ing/debt cons., will it affect my additional card user/authorized user acct?
My oldest tradeline is an additional card user/authorized user account with AmEx, but unfortunately, my brother is currently starting loan modification and will be defaulting on a fair share of accounts soon, including his AmEx. My question is, will his baddies show up on my CR's as baddies
