How can I get my auto insurance to pay for medical treatment two years after accident?
I was treated immediately after whiplash accident. E ‘in my medical records, but could not go to a treatment for some time due to problems than others, but injury has worsened chiropractor today does not work on me because he said that the insurance companies usually do not pay after the loss of time. Even the car insurance company not preauthorize treatment and can not pay $ 30 per visit co-payment required to use my health insurance. I am on Social Security.

Pre-existing Condition
Does a person having dementia and occasionally using a walker prior to an accident preclude the person from receiving compensation for injuries from the accident that include greater memory loss, disorientation, inability to get out of bed without assistance or stand without a walker? I was told by a lawyer that this was so, but this information seems incorrect to me.

Reckless (Improper) Driving in Virginia
My question involves a reckless driving ticket from the State of: VA (Loudoun County) Ticket was for at fault accident. Have clean VA and drivers record for past 8 years Never caused an accident before.No one from either party was injured in the accident. When the officer gave me the citation report he mentioned as Reckless (imporper) on the same and he mentioned about telling the Judge about the same on the day of hearing.
