Motorcycle Accident
On Sept. 9, 2007 in New Jersey, I was a passenger on my husband's motorcycle when very abruptly the car in front of us slammed on its brakes causing us to slide. My right lower leg hit the rear rubber inlayed bumper of the car and that caused a severe 3rd degree friction burn.

restitution/ARD Program
I am accused of receiving stolen property. I have admitted to the crime and now owe the victim $11,000. The court will allow me to be a part of the ARD program if I can pay down the amount owed by $6500

Question about if sentence modification, appeal, or anything is available with a plea
In Florida - My friend took a plea to a manslaughter charge basically because he was afraid of the other options. They offered him 30 years, then 15, then 12, then 10 with 5 on paper after the sentence. Then they quit offering, so when they said 10 with no papers afterward and to drop the 3rd degree murder (which confuses me because everything I've seen, 3rd degree murder and manslaughter is the same thing) and said he only had 24 hrs to decide (they had never given him a limit before), he jumped on it, because he was afraid it would go back to 30 or they'd bring in the word murder again

grand theft 3rd
have been charged with grand theft 3rd degree,i was told i could change it from criminal court to civil court...and just make a pay off to the owner of the vehicle....it was a junk truck left in my yard for 4 years and i finally got rid of it..a few months later i was arrested for grand theft.....how can i keep from getting charged with a felony??

Legal Option’s
I need to know what my legal option's are against someone. I have a coviction for 3rd degree CSC. Someone has found out about my past and is now going around telling everyone she see's about my past.

My Future
When I was 17 I plead guilty but mentally ill to 3rd degree csc. Does this conviction stop me from ever being allowed to have kid's or to marry a woman with kid's? I was 17 and accused of sex with a 13 year old, even though no crime ever took place

2nd offense 7 years after adjudication withheld…
7 years ago, I had an adjudication withheld on a grand theft 3rd degree charge. Last week I (stupidly) attempted to shoplift a book, was caught and given a court date for petit theft in the 2nd degree. I understand that I broke the law and need to be punished, but I'm curious as to what I should be looking forward to on my day in court...
