Mip
I was riding with 2 friends(I was 17), and we got pulled over. The driver was arrested and I was given tickets for MIP(marijuana), and instrument of crime for cigarette papers. I was left on the side of an interstate over 2 hours from home and no phone. Were my rights violated and can I get this expunged? Never been in trouble before or since.
