I have joint custody with my ex however I have physical/residental custody of my son. My ex holdsmy sons insurance as was written in the divorce papers. My question is by law does my ex have to provide me with my sons insurance card or at least a copy of it?
I have researched this and can not find anything about this… I would think I should have a copy of this in case of an emergency…
