I was recently let go from my job, I filed for unemployment and stated my supervisor had been harrasing me because I am a woman. Which is all true and provable all of that aside. They told me they found text messages on my phone that were “drug deals” and they were gonna pull all of my text records and find out. Is it legal for them to do this to me? Can I be prosecuted? How do I fight this?
