my new apt is damp, got mold

Hi, I am in SC, just moved in an apt on August 7(first floor). It's very damp, My paper salt box got wet totally. The bathroom door got mold, and my laptop bag in my closet (not on the floor) got mold too.I didn't feel very good with my legs (sore,pain) My landlord sent someone to remove the mold and also bring me a dehumidifier on 8/30/2010 I turned the dehumidifier on, with in 5hr (1:30pm to 6:30pm) , the 70pt dehumidifier was full.

Good accounts missing?

I noticed that on all three of my credit reports, I have closed accounts in good standing that do not appear. Specifically, a student loan which I paid in full from the mid 80's and a car loan also paid in full from the late 90's.   I know that negative accounts can drop off your credit reports after 7 years but can positive accounts drop off as well?

Land lord posted my picture on Craigs list without my permission.

We are moving out and I just happen to notice that the land lord advertising our place for rent on Craigs list posted a picture that has me in it without my knowledge or permission. Not of my back but me facing front I am really not happy about this I am not one who wants their picture online for any reason
