steps to recovering default renter’s past rent
I had a renter that was past due on rent x 2 months and also still had to pay his cleaning deposit. It was agreed upon by conversation and documente via text msg that he would pay last month's rent ($700) plus cleaning deposit ($200) on March 10, 2010.

Termination due to health
i was an employee at TD Bank from August 2009 until October 2009. I was terminated due to me not being able to come in to work because I had surgery two days prior and i attempted to go to work but i was physically unable to even get dressed.The doctor said before i called out that i would not be able to work this weekend and would be able to provide a note but it was already too late.

I am a rent controlled tenant (51+ years at this location) living in NYC (28 Unit Apt Building). We have been having problems with the landlord ranging from rent issues, maintaining the common areas, and tenant harassment.

Father wanting custody because mother is never around
My boyfriend shares custody 50/50 with his ex wife of their twin 7 yr old boys (no child support they just share child care). For the past 2 years, the days she is suppose to have them, she leaves them with her mother so she can go to her boyfriends house. She never shows up at parent/teacher conferences, she doesn't care for them properly and to me, she has abandoned them.
