Why are there not many big auto insurance companies operating in Massachusetts?
I moved from NY and need to find an auto insurance company. AllState and State Farm are not doing business here. I don’t want Geico or Mutual Liberty because of bad experience with them. Are the small local businesses reliable? Thank you.

Mass. has strange insurance regulations and only allows “managed competition” hence many companies don’t want to do business there. Amica is big, as is Liberty Mutual (I hate them too).

want to get joint custody
What do I do to get a fair and just agreement or judgement on joint custody. My ex-girlfriend is telling me I can't see my son or anything until we go to court. I can't afford the court fees or attorney fees and the court denied my fee waiver

Can’t see kids
My girlfriend and I have been dating for over 2 years now, she has 2 children but her parents have legal guardianship of them. I had a great relationship with the kids and was able to see them on a daily basis up until about a year ago when my girlfriend and I got into altercation, it lasted about a day but then was resolved and we have been great ever since. Unfortunately her parents from then on decided to hate me and refused to let the children have any contact with me, or to let the kids come over to our house.

Finding and Order After Hearing
On 02/09/2011, I went to court pro per against my sons,fathers which is being represented by an attorney on a Order to Show Cause custody case. After the Judge made his ruling, he asked the Petitioners counsel to prepare the Order. I just recieved the Order in the mail yesterday

Vehicle-break Up, One name on Registration, One making All the Payments!
Okay here's the senerio live-in girlfriend and boyfriend, both together finance an automobile. The girlfriend signs all of the loan documentation and enters into the contract and registers the vehicle. The boyfriend makes the down payment, and in process of making all the payments.

Apartment fire, now being kicked out.
